1. Who are we？
We are a global supplier and exporter of automation parts, electronic components, specializing in exporting PLC, VFD/frequency converters, HMI, servo motors, AC drives, encoders, sensors, contactors, relays, limit switches, IGBT modules, pneumatic components, and providing technical support for automation, electrical and electronic suppliers.
2. How can we guarantee quality?
All products from the original factory with brand new, 100% inspection and testing before shipment to ensure normal operation. If you have any quality issues, please feel free to contact us and we provide high-quality after sales services.
3. Do you have any stock?
Yes. We have stored a lot of inventory for sale. If you have any more models you need, you can contact us.
4. How long is your delivery time?
Normally, it can be sent within 3-5 working days. If large quantity, it will take 7-10 days after receiving payment.
If not common or customized products, always need 3-4 weeks or 6-8 weeks to order.
5. How about Customs Duty & Handling Fee?
For all customers’ orders, we do not charge handling fee, even 1 piece part. When parts reach your local customs, if the parts were charged customs duty, we are not responsibile for any customs duties or import taxes.
6. What is your terms of payment?
TT, or PayPal. (100% payment in advance if goods in stock. 70% payment in advance, balance before shipping if long delivery).
7. We have not cooperation before, how we can believe you?
For our first order, you can pay after we prepare the goods.
